Enchanted Objects
As our world becomes increasingly digitized, the tactile physical interactions that humans innately crave have taken a digital form. Enchanted objects are everyday objects that celebrate analog experiences. The design principle is to imbue intuitive and familiar gestures and rituals of human life to everyday objects and are designed to be timeless and emotional and have both technological and archaic qualities at once.
The aim of the project is to design technology- based products and experiences that recapture the tactile feel and value that comes from physical experiences. The working mechanism involves getting technology to respond to the way humans already operate using familiar gestures and movements.
